To only have applicants apply that meet job requirements, employers can create a screen profile via Advance Job Post. To create a screen profile, first purchase a single job posting on Opportunity Knocks. After purchasing, return to your accounts manager and click on POST A NEW JOB. Click on CREATE A JOB and then ADVANCED JOB POST. Enter in your job description and then click on NEXT until you get to the SCREEN tab. Follow the directions to create your screening profile.
The resume of the applicants will need to qualify the screening profile in order for the applicant to apply to the job.
