The employer can choose the following methods to receive resume from applicants when completing a job description on Opportunity Knocks:
Resumes via e-mail – The employer specifies the e-mail address they would like to resumes sent to. When a job seeker applies, resumes are sent to the employer’s e-mail address from Opportunity Knocks. The employer can specify the format, HTML, Text, as Attachment or e-mail message body; they would like to receive resumes. Please note that HTML as e-mail message body is recommended.
Re-direct to website – Re-direct to website enables the employer to direct applicants to apply through their organization’s employment section / career section.
Specific Application Instructions - The employer can specify specific instructions to applicants within the job description. Specific instructions can indicate resumes sent to a specific mailing address or have applicants e-mail resumes directly to an e-mail address (not go through the Opportunity Knocks system) Please note, One option for Resumes via e-mail or Re-direct to website must be chosen to post position.
