Problem

How do I obtain a copy of my receipt?

Solution

After an order has been placed, a receipt is e-mailed to the account holders e-mail address.

A receipt can also be obtained in your Employer Center. Simply login to your Employer Account and you will be in the Employer Center. In the Employer Center, click on REVIEW ORDER HISTORY to view all orders and print receipts.
